Difference Between Steam and Sauna

At advance, we understand the difference between steam and sauna bath. People often talk about sauna and steam as they were the same. Actually they are very different. Put simply, steam baths with a constant humidity of 100% require rooms with glass, plastic or tiled walls and ceilings, and are best enjoyed at temperatures between 40 & 50 degree C. While saunas are enjoyed in conventional wooden cabins, where the relative humidity never rises above 70% .In a dry sauna you bathe at temperatures of between 70 & 110 degree C.
